'Crust & Craft Pizzeria embarked on a simple mission: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our pizza place originally began as a quaint, family-owned shop, preserving recipes that have been passed on for several generations.
Marco Bianchi, the pioneer of our brand, honed her pizza-crafting skills during her sojourns across Italy, learning from renowned pizza masters in Naples—the original home of pizza. On her return to the UK, she set out to replicate the enchanting experience of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and sourcing only the premium components.
From its inception as a cozy pizzeria with just 12 seats, we have blossomed into a treasured community fixture, yet our dedication to the craft and authenticity remains steadfast. We continue to work with wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and choose the best ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria is still within the loving care of our family, with the Bianchi family's second generation at the helm of our devoted crew. Although we've adopted some new innovations, the core of our mission remains untouched: we create delectable, genuine pizza that gathers people together.
