Cancellation Policy
For all orders placed through roastlounge.site, you may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it for a full refund. After this timeframe, orders may be in preparation, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Returns and Refund Policy
You have the right to ask for a refund if:
- The food item received was different from the item ordered.
- The order arrived in an unsatisfactory condition.
- The order was not delivered within a reasonable amount of time.
To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original packaging.
Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return request is received, we will inspect the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If the refund is not visible after a few days, contact your credit card company or bank. Exchanges

Shipping Returns
To return the product, you should mail your product to: 00184, Italy, Rome, Pizzeria Napoli Corner. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over € 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
